Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

- Beat in eggs and vanilla until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Stir in white chocolate chips and crushed peppermint candies.
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden and centers are soft.
- Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
