- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream)
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- Extra whipped topping and blueberries, for garnish
Instructions
- Make the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×9-inch dish. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in lemon zest, lemon juice, and condensed milk until creamy. Fold in whipped topping.
- Assemble: Spread the filling over the chilled crust. Gently press in the fresh blueberries across the top.
- Chill and serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Garnish with more whipped topping and blueberries before serving.
Notes
For extra lemon flavor, add a few drops of lemon extract. This dessert holds best when well chilled. You can substitute graham crackers with vanilla wafers for variation.
