- 1–2 tsp olive oil or melted butter
- 1/2 tsp sea salt (adjust to taste)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss pumpkin seeds in a bowl with olive oil or melted butter and sea salt. Add optional spices if desired.
- Spread seeds in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until seeds are golden brown and crunchy.
- Allow seeds to cool completely before serving. Store in an airtight container for maximum crunch.
Notes
To make seeds extra crunchy, let them cool fully on the baking sheet. Experiment with different spice blends for variety.
