  • 1/2 cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: cherry tomatoes or spinach for extra veggies
