- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheets.
- Flatten slightly and decorate with green sprinkles or sanding sugar.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
Notes
For stronger mint flavor, add an extra 1/4 tsp peppermint extract. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
