- Cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the cooked tortellini and toss gently to coat with the sauce.

Notes
You can add grilled chicken, shrimp, or mushrooms to make this dish heartier. If the sauce becomes too thick, add a splash of pasta water or milk to loosen it.
