- 1–2 tbsp milk (optional, for consistency)

- Preheat oven: Set oven to 175°C / 350°F and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- Mix dry ingredients: Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream butter & sugar: Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk, mixing just until combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chunks and raspberries gently.
- Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full and bake 18–20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before frosting.
- Make white chocolate buttercream: Beat butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, melted white chocolate, and salt. Add milk if needed for consistency.
- Pipe or spread frosting on cooled cupcakes and garnish with fresh raspberries.
Notes
Use fresh raspberries for best flavor and color. If frosting is too soft, chill for 15–20 minutes before piping. Store cupcakes in the refrigerator and bring to room temperature before serving for optimal taste and texture.
