  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed (optional for butter basting)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
