- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed (optional for butter basting)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

- Butter baste: Add butter and smashed garlic to the pan. Spoon melted butter over the steak for 1–2 minutes.
- Rest: Remove steak and let it rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
