- 2 large chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Β½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Β½ cup chicken broth
- Β½ cup heavy cream
- ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and sautΓ© garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Simmer for 3β5 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the creamy butter sauce.
- Simmer for 2β3 minutes more, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
