- Serve chicken and pineapple mixture over cooked rice.
- Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, simmer a few extra minutes or add a cornstarch slurry. This recipe also works great with broccoli or bell peppers added to the skillet.
