- Glaze and bake: Transfer chicken to a baking dish and brush with half of the maple-Dijon sauce. Bake 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C).
- Serve: Brush remaining sauce over the chicken before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
