Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, melted butter, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the sweet potato mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix chopped pecans, brown sugar, and melted butter to make the streusel topping.
- Sprinkle the pecan mixture evenly over the sweet potatoes.
- Bake uncovered for 25β30 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
