- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, melted butter, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the sweet potato mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 25β30 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden brown and slightly toasted.
