- 4 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and orange juice. Stir over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Bring to a gentle boil and cook for 10β12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
- Stir in orange zest, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool. The jam will thicken as it cools.
- Transfer to sterilized jars and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy with toast, pancakes, or baked brie!
