- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce

- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (optional)

- Make meatballs: In a bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce, onion powder, and paprika.
- Form: Roll into 1-inch meatballs.
- Cook: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes or pan-fry until browned and cooked through.
- Make sauce: In a saucepan, combine sweet chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, and lime juice. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Thicken: Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until glossy and thickened.
- Coat: Toss cooked meatballs in the sauce until fully coated.
- Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of sriracha or grated ginger to the sauce. These also work great as party appetizers or meal prep bowls.
