  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp grated ginger (optional)
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional for extra heat)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)

  1. Prep wings: Pat wings dry and place in a large bowl.
  2. Season: Toss wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, jerk seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Cook wings: Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, or air fry at 400°F for 20–25 minutes until crispy.
  4. Make glaze: In a saucepan, combine sweet chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, ginger, and chili flakes. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Toss: Add cooked wings to a bowl and coat with the sweet chili jerk glaze.
  6. Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes

For extra crispy wings, bake on a wire rack. Adjust jerk seasoning and chili flakes to control spice level. Best served fresh and hot.
