- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup crumbled cotija or feta cheese
- Juice of 1 lime

- Shred chicken: Remove chicken, shred it, and return to the pot.
- Make creamy: Stir in sour cream, cream cheese, and cotija cheese until melted and smooth.
- Finish: Add lime juice and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve: Garnish with cilantro and extra cheese if desired.
