- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 4 limes)
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup or simple syrup
- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda, chilled
- Ice cubes
- Salt or sugar for rimming glasses (optional)
- Lime wedges and whole strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Glasses: If desired, rim glasses with salt or sugar by rubbing lime wedge around the rim and dipping in salt or sugar.
- Make Strawberry Puree: In a blender, puree strawberries with lime juice and agave syrup until smooth.
- Assemble Drink: Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour strawberry-lime mixture halfway, and top with sparkling water. Stir gently.
- Garnish & Serve: Garnish with lime wedges and whole strawberries. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a sweeter mocktail, add more agave syrup. You can also muddle the strawberries instead of blending for a chunkier texture. Perfect for summer parties and family gatherings!
