- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- 2 cups Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granola (optional)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

- Prepare the strawberries: Blend half of the strawberries until smooth, leaving some pieces for texture if desired.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Fold in strawberry puree and remaining chopped strawberries.
- Add granola or chia seeds if using and stir gently.
- Fill molds: Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until solid.
- Serve: Run molds under warm water for a few seconds to easily remove popsicles.
Notes
Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor. These can be made ahead and stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Add banana, blueberries, or a drizzle of nut butter for extra variety.
