  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup granola (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

  1. Prepare the strawberries: Blend half of the strawberries until smooth, leaving some pieces for texture if desired.
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  3. Fold in strawberry puree and remaining chopped strawberries.
  4. Add granola or chia seeds if using and stir gently.
  5. Fill molds: Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  6. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until solid.
  7. Serve: Run molds under warm water for a few seconds to easily remove popsicles.

Notes

Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor. These can be made ahead and stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Add banana, blueberries, or a drizzle of nut butter for extra variety.
