These Spinach & Artichoke Wonton Cups are bite-sized, cheesy, and perfect for parties or appetizers. Crispy wonton shells are filled with a creamy, flavorful spinach and artichoke mixture that everyone will love.

- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup canned or frozen artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Cooking spray or a little oil for muffin tin
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Press each wonton wrapper into the mini muffin cups, forming a small cup.
- In a medium bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill each wonton cup with the spinach-artichoke mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each filled cup.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until wonton edges are golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Cool slightly before serving. Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.
Notes
These can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving. For extra crispiness, brush wonton wrappers lightly with oil before baking.
