- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- Pecan Topping:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, pecans, and melted butter to make the topping.
- Sprinkle the pecan mixture evenly over the sweet potatoes.
- Bake for 35β40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and slightly crisp.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving warm.
