- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- 2 tbsp water (for slurry)

- Sear (optional): Heat olive oil in a pan and sear chicken for 2–3 minutes per side for extra flavor.

- Slow cook: Place chicken in slow cooker and pour sauce over it.
- Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until tender.
- Thicken sauce (optional): Mix cornstarch and water, stir into the slow cooker, and cook 15–20 minutes until thickened.
- Serve: Spoon sauce over chicken and serve warm.
Notes
For crispy skin, broil the cooked chicken thighs in the oven for 3–5 minutes before serving. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables.
