  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 34 lemons)
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice, for serving
  • Extra raspberries and lemon slices, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend: Add raspberries, lemon juice, water, and sweetener to a blender. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  2. Strain: Pour through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove seeds and pulp.
  3. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve: Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and whole raspberries if desired.

Notes

For a sparkling version, replace half the water with sparkling water right before serving. You can also swap in strawberries or blackberries for a variation!
