- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 3–4 lemons)
- 3 cups cold water
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice, for serving
- Extra raspberries and lemon slices, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Blend: Add raspberries, lemon juice, water, and sweetener to a blender. Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Strain: Pour through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove seeds and pulp.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve: Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and whole raspberries if desired.
Notes
For a sparkling version, replace half the water with sparkling water right before serving. You can also swap in strawberries or blackberries for a variation!
