Instructions
- Preheat oven: Heat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss sweet potatoes: In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, olive oil, honey, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Roast: Spread sweet potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway, until tender and caramelized.
