Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, toss pumpkin seeds with olive oil or melted butter and salt. Add optional spices if desired.
- Spread seeds evenly on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until seeds are golden brown and crunchy.
- Allow seeds to cool completely before serving. Store in an airtight container for freshness.
