- Make crust: Mix graham crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press into pan and bake 10 minutes.

- Make filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream.
- Assemble: Pour cheesecake filling over crust. Spoon rhubarb mixture on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake: Bake 35–40 minutes until set.
- Cool: Cool completely, then chill before slicing.
