- 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning or mixed herbs
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 6β8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in Italian seasoning and lemon juice. Add chicken back to skillet and toss until coated in garlic butter sauce.
- Cook for 2β3 more minutes, allowing sauce to thicken slightly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with rice, pasta, or veggies.
