This Quick and Easy Sweet Potato Casserole is creamy, buttery, and topped with a sweet crunchy pecan streusel. The perfect comforting side dish for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any cozy dinner!

- 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes (about 3 large)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup milk or heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- In a small bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, pecans, and melted butter to make the topping. Stir until crumbly.
- Sprinkle topping evenly over the sweet potato mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 30β35 minutes, or until golden and slightly crisp on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
