- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/3 cup pumpkin butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- Sparkling water or ginger ale, for topping
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, whisk together white wine, brandy, orange liqueur, apple cider, and pumpkin butter until smooth.
- Add maple syrup (if using), apple slices, orange slices, cinnamon stick, nutmeg, and cloves. Stir gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight for best flavor infusion.
- Before serving, top each glass with a splash of sparkling water or ginger ale for a fizzy finish.
- Serve chilled, garnished with fruit slices or a cinnamon stick.
Notes
For a creamier twist, add a splash of vanilla vodka. Pumpkin butter adds sweetness and spice, so adjust added sweetener based on taste.
