- 12–14 frozen or fresh potstickers (pork, chicken, or vegetable)
- 8 oz (225g) noodles (lo mein, ramen, or spaghetti)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil or vegetable oil
- 1 small carrot, julienned
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- Optional: sesame seeds and chili flakes for garnish

- Cook noodles: Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook potstickers: In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add potstickers and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté vegetables: In the same skillet, add garlic, carrots, and cabbage. Cook 2–3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add noodles & sauce: Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar. Toss to combine.
- Combine: Return potstickers to the pan and gently toss to coat with sauce and vegetables.
- Serve: Plate the noodles and garnish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and chili flakes if desired.
Notes
You can swap vegetables based on preference—bell peppers, snap peas, or mushrooms work well. For a spicy kick, add sriracha or chili garlic sauce.
