- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns, toasted
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 jalapeño, sliced

- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded daikon radish
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Spicy Mayo
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp lime juice

- Prepare pickled vegetables: In a bowl, combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Add carrots and daikon and let sit for at least 20 minutes.
- Make spicy mayo: Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Prepare patties: In a bowl, combine ground pork, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce, and black pepper. Form into 4 patties.
- Cook burgers: Grill or cook patties in a skillet over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
- Assemble burgers: Spread spicy mayo on toasted buns. Add pork patties, cucumber slices, pickled vegetables, cilantro, and jalapeños.
- Serve immediately with fries, chips, or a fresh salad.
Notes
For extra flavor, lightly toast the buns before assembling. You can substitute turkey or chicken for pork if preferred. Adjust the sriracha level for more or less heat.
