- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour for 1β2 minutes to make a roux.
- Gradually whisk in milk and cream until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Add cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully melted and creamy.
- Combine cooked macaroni with cheese sauce. Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Optional: Top with panko breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter for a golden crust.
- Bake at 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 20 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden. Serve hot!
