- 1 ½ cups raw pumpkin seeds (cleaned and dried)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss pumpkin seeds with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, paprika, and salt until coated.
- Spread seeds evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- Remove from oven and immediately toss with parmesan cheese.
- Let cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
