Instructions
- Prep Ingredients: Add pineapple, ginger, lemon juice, water, and honey to a blender. Add cayenne if using.
- Blend: Blend until completely smooth.
- Strain (Optional): For a smoother shot, strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a jar or bottle.
- Store: Refrigerate in sealed containers for up to 5 days. Shake well before each use.
- Serve: Take 1–2 oz per serving as a morning wellness shot or anytime energy boost.
Notes
For an extra immunity punch, add fresh turmeric root or a pinch of ground turmeric. Adjust ginger level to your spice preference. Best served chilled.
