- 1/2 cup red candy melts
- 1/2 cup blue candy melts
- 1/4 cup patriotic sprinkles
- 1/4 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries or blueberries (optional)
- Wax paper or parchment paper

- Melt the chocolate: Melt white chocolate or candy melts according to package instructions until smooth.
- Dip the pretzels: Dip each pretzel rod about 2/3 into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
- Decorate: Immediately sprinkle with patriotic sprinkles or crushed freeze-dried fruit before the coating sets.
- Add drizzle: Melt red and blue candy melts separately and drizzle over the coated pretzel rods using a spoon or piping bag.
- Place pretzel rods on prepared parchment paper to set completely.
- Chill (optional): Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes for faster setting.
- Serve once fully hardened.
Notes
