Ingredients

  • 6 croissants, torn into pieces
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Optional toppings: chopped green onions or parsley

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and layer half of the croissant pieces on the bottom.
  2. Top with half of the cooked sausage and half of the cheese. Repeat layers with remaining croissants, sausage, and cheese.
