- 4 cups milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard or hot sauce
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add uncooked macaroni and milk, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
- Cook for 8β10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and most milk is absorbed.
- Lower heat and stir in cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and optional Dijon or hot sauce until creamy.
- Serve immediately, garnished with parsley or extra cheese if desired!
