Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Β½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1Β½ cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot or deep skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in beef broth, tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, and seasonings.
  4. Add uncooked macaroni and stir well.
  5. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and cover.
  6. Simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted and creamy.
  8. Garnish and serve warm.
