- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Β½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1Β½ cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot or deep skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir in beef broth, tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, and seasonings.
- Add uncooked macaroni and stir well.
- Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and cover.
- Simmer for 12β15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted and creamy.
- Garnish and serve warm.
