- Shape balls: Roll mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Coat: Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut.
- Chill again: Refrigerate until firm and ready to serve.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for up to a week. You can also freeze them for longer storage. Try adding cocoa powder or chopped nuts for variation.
