- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are set and cookies are lightly golden.
- Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
These cookies are soft and chewy. For extra mint flavor, add 1/2 tsp peppermint extract. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
