- 6 slices mozzarella cheese, halved
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

- 1/4 tsp salt
- Optional: marinara sauce for dipping

- Prepare rolls: Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected if possible.
- Add cheese: Layer cheddar and mozzarella evenly on the bottom half of the rolls. Place the top half back on.
- Make butter topping: Mix melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and salt in a small bowl.
- Brush rolls: Generously brush the tops of the rolls with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake: Place rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
- Finish: Slice into individual mini grilled cheese sandwiches and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a slice of ham, turkey, or crispy bacon inside each roll. You can also sprinkle parmesan cheese on top before baking for a crispier finish. Best served fresh and warm.
