Description

Spooky and fun, these Halloween Brain Rice Krispies Treats are perfect for a party or Halloween snack. Soft, chewy, and festive, they’re sure to delight kids and adults alike!


Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • Red food coloring (for blood effect)
  • Optional: icing or chocolate to decorate eyes and details

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  2. Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Add a few drops of red food coloring and mix for a spooky effect.
  4. Remove from heat and immediately stir in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
  5. Press mixture into a greased pan or mold into brain shapes using hands or molds.
  6. Allow to cool and set for 30–60 minutes.
  7. Optional: use icing or melted chocolate to decorate eyes or other spooky details.

Notes

You can make smaller individual brains for easy serving. Add extra red food coloring for a more gory effect.
