- 1/2 cup extra Lucky Charms marshmallows (optional)

- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla extract until combined.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Gently fold in Lucky Charms cereal and marshmallows.
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing cookies apart.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are set and centers are soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
For the best color, gently press a few extra marshmallows on top of each cookie right after baking. Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
