- 20 chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreos)
- 20 large marshmallows
- 1 cup green candy melts
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate or black candy melts
- Yellow candy melts or yellow icing (for buckles)
- Green sprinkles (optional)

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate or black candy melts according to package instructions.
- Dip one side of each marshmallow into melted chocolate and place onto the center of a cookie to form the hat.
- Allow to set for 5–10 minutes.
- Melt green candy melts and dip the marshmallow hats, coating evenly.
- Place back onto parchment and let set.
- Use yellow candy melts or icing to draw a small buckle on the front of each hat.
- Add green sprinkles if desired and allow decorations to fully harden.
Notes
Work quickly when dipping the marshmallows so the coating stays smooth. Store cookies in a cool place and avoid refrigeration to prevent condensation.
