  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  5. Combine: Alternate adding dry ingredients with sour cream and milk until smooth.
  6. Bake: Pour batter into pan and bake 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool: Let cool in pan 10–15 minutes, then invert onto a rack to cool completely.
  8. Glaze: Drizzle lemon glaze over cooled cake.
