- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup marinated olives
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and halved
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, cut into strips
- Fresh basil leaves (optional)
- 1–2 tbsp Italian dressing (optional drizzle)
- Wooden skewers or cocktail picks

- Assemble skewers: Thread salami (folded), mozzarella ball, cherry tomato, olive, artichoke, and roasted red pepper onto each skewer.

- Arrange skewers on a serving platter.
- Drizzle lightly with Italian dressing just before serving if desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Customize with provolone cubes, tortellini, or pepperoncini for extra variety. For best presentation, keep colors alternating on each skewer. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
