- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour cream or yogurt, for topping
- Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (optional)

- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Drain any excess fat.
- Warm Irish soda bread or flatbreads in a pan or oven.
- Assemble tacos: place cooked meat on the bread, top with shredded cabbage, cheddar cheese, and a dollop of sour cream or yogurt.
- Garnish with parsley or chives if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, sauté cabbage with a little butter and salt before topping the tacos. These can also be made ahead of time and assembled right before serving.
