- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each breast.
- Bake for 25β30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and reaches 165Β°F (74Β°C) internally.
- Broil for 2β3 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
