  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup cooked rice or quinoa
  • 1 cup steamed or roasted vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to low, add soy sauce and hot honey, and toss chicken to coat evenly. Cook 1–2 minutes until glaze thickens.
  4. Divide cooked rice or quinoa into bowls.
  5. Top with glazed chicken and steamed vegetables.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili to the honey. Use your favorite vegetables or seasonal produce. For a lighter version, serve with cauliflower rice instead of grains.
