- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar

- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted, for garnish

- Cook chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
- Make sauce: In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté 30 seconds. Stir in honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Cook 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Combine: Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat with sauce until fully glazed.
- Serve: Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve over rice, noodles, or steamed vegetables.
Notes
For extra crispiness, bake or air-fry the chicken pieces before tossing in the sauce. Adjust honey or soy sauce to taste for more sweetness or saltiness.
